Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Food allergies and food intolerances are rapidly emerging as major global health challenges, affecting millions of individuals and placing a growing burden on healthcare systems, families and societies. As scientific understanding evolves, prevention and management strategies are shifting from traditional avoidance based approaches toward innovative, evidence driven solutions that improve diagnosis, enhance patient safety and support long term well being.

The Special Issue Advances in Prevention and Management of Food Allergy and Intolerance aims to showcase cutting-edge progress in four key domains: prevention of food allergies and intolerances, advances in diagnostic technologies, novel therapeutic and immunomodulatory strategies, tools and digital solutions supporting long term management.

This Special Issue seeks to bring together high impact research, emerging methodologies and practical clinical insights that can shape the future of allergy and intolerance care. We are particularly interested in contributions that introduce innovative concepts, challenge existing paradigms or offer translational value for clinicians, dietitians and public health professionals.

We warmly invite researchers, clinicians, laboratory specialists and practitioners from all related disciplines to submit original research articles and reviews. By contributing to this issue, authors will join a dynamic scientific dialogue aimed at advancing global understanding and improving the lives of individuals affected by food allergy and intolerance.
