Oral Hygiene, Periodontology and Peri-implant Diseases

This Section mainly covers research focusing on biofilm-associated inflammatory diseases of the periodontal and peri-implant tissues. Innovative approaches dealing with the prevention and therapy of Gingivitis (Mucositis) and Periodontitis (Peri-implantitis) are highly appreciated. In particular, contributions highlighting potential links with the host and/or the microbiome are welcome! The Section of “Oral Hygiene, Periodontology and Peri-Implant Diseases” aims to increase knowledge on all related fields regarding these topics and to offer a platform for high-quality submissions.
