Pediatric Dermatology

A section of Children (ISSN 2227-9067).

Section Information

The Pediatric Dermatology Section invites articles addressing the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of dermatological disorders in children and adolescents. These articles can delve into various aspects such as etiology, diagnosis, therapy, supportive care, long-term outcomes, epidemiology, disease prevention, and the economic impact of these conditions. We encourage original articles presenting findings from translational research, clinical trials, observational epidemiologic studies, and health economic evaluations. All study types with a robust methodology and statistical analyses will be given due consideration.

Additionally, we welcome scoping reviews, qualitative systematic reviews, and meta-analyses, provided they adhere to rigorous methodological standards and relevant guidelines for evidence synthesis. Case reports will only be accepted if they highlight a novel finding with significant clinical implications.
