This year marks the 10th anniversary of Bioengineering (ISSN: 2306-5354, CiteScore: 4.0), an international, scientific, peer-reviewed, open access journal focused on the science and technology of bioengineering that is published monthly online by MDPI. Its aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. All aspects of bioengineering are welcomed, from theoretical concepts to education and applications.
Since the establishment of Bioengineering in 2014, the journal has published over 3800 papers, including more than 695 that have been cited at least 10 times. During the past 10 years, Bioengineering has significantly contributed to scientific advancements in the field of bioengineering.
