Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Due to unique optical, electronic, and mechanical properties, two-dimensional materials have shown great potential in functional device applications. Scholars have studied two-dimensional functional materials in tranmendous fields during recent years, such as optics devices, electronic devices, catalysis, etc.
This Special Issue aims to present original articles on the topic including all two-dimensional functional materials, from fabrication technologies to their related applications. We welcome both original research and review articles. We wish this Special Issue can provide the opportunity for revealing new and developing existing trends that bring empirical and theoretical advances in the field. We welcome relevant contributions.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Applied Sciences is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
