Outstanding Reviewer Award

Dear Colleagues,

An exciting new initiative launched this year by Agronomy is the establishment of the first Agronomy Outstanding Reviewer Award. It is given to gratefully acknowledge the time and energy given by reviewers in checking manuscripts submitted to Agronomy in 2017. It is due to their efforts that the high quality of the journal and quick turnaround is maintained.

The recipient was chosen by the Agronomy Editorial Team, Professor Michael J. Emes, who will receive a certificate, 500 CHF and an offer to publish one paper free of charge in Agronomy in 2019, after the normal peer-review procedure. The Agronomy Editorial Team is deeply grateful to all the reviewers for the time, energy and devotion that they have given to peer-reviews.

It is our great pleasure to announce the winner:
Professor Michael J. Emes, University of Guelph, Guelph, Canada.
