Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Rapid technological advancement, globalization, digital transformation, and growing social and environmental pressures are reshaping the landscape of organizational management and business innovation. Today, organizations are required to navigate complex and dynamic environments, where traditional management models often prove insufficient to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
In response to these shifts, scholars and practitioners are increasingly exploring new perspectives, strategies, and tools that foster innovation, resilience, and sustainable value creation. The interaction between theoretical insights and practical applications plays a crucial role in understanding how organizations can effectively adapt and thrive in a changing and uncertain world.
This Special Issue, entitled “Emerging Trends in Organizational Management and Business Innovation: Theory and Practice,” aims to provide a platform for cutting-edge research on emerging developments in organizational management, innovation strategies, and leadership approaches that shape modern business ecosystems. It seeks to bridge theory and practice, fully aligning with the broader scope of the Administrative Sciences journal.
We welcome submissions that examine emerging trends and theoretical advancements in organizational management and business innovation, propose innovative managerial and strategic approaches, and explore practical implications for organizations operating in complex and dynamic environments.
In this Special Issue, original research articles and reviews are welcome. Research areas may include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Advanced management development and circular business model innovation
- Entrepreneurial innovation and gender-related success factors
- Green transformation and sustainability-oriented organizational change
- Learning, development, and knowledge management in organizations
- Innovative organizational strategies, structures, and cultures
- Transformations in marketing technologies and green human resource management
- Data-driven decision making in organizations
- Leadership and change management in uncertain environments
- Innovation in supply chain and project management
- Corporate social responsibility, shared value creation, and stakeholder engagement
We invite authors from a wide range of disciplines—including economics, management, communication, environmental science, political science, gender studies, sociology, and related fields—to contribute to this Special Issue. Both conceptual and empirical papers using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method approaches are welcome.
