Feature papers represent the most advanced research with significant potential for high impact in the field. A Feature Paper should be a substantial original Article that involves several techniques or approaches, provides an outlook for future research directions and describes possible research applications.
Feature papers are submitted upon individual invitation or recommendation by the scientific editors and must receive positive feedback from the reviewers.
Editor’s Choice articles are based on recommendations by the scientific editors of MDPI journals from around the world. Editors select a small number of articles recently published in the journal that they believe will be particularly interesting to readers, or important in the respective research area. The aim is to provide a snapshot of some of the most exciting work published in the various research areas of the journal.

To further clarify the aims of Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Analyses (ISSN: 2813-4648), under the guidance of our Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Marco Rossi, the journal has updated and revised its aims. The original aims and the updated version are listed below:
Aims (new version): |
Aims (old version): |
Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Analyses (ISSN 2813-4648) is an international open access journal that publishes research papers offering analyses of engineering-related scientific research and technological development. It publishes papers on the methods and applications of analysis science to both experimental and theoretical aspects in the more relevant fields of engineering, with a focus on the specialized fields of engineering indicated in the scope section. Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Analyses publishes regular research articles, reviews, communications, and technical notes. Our aim is to provide a forum for publishing papers that advance the in-depth understanding of the relationship between structures, properties, functions, and applications by using methods of analysis. |
The Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Analyses (JETA) (ISSN 2813-4648) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes research articles, reviews, and technical notes in the field of engineering. Our primary goal is to provide a comprehensive forum for the dissemination of research that bridges the gap between experimental results and theoretical models, with a strong emphasis on analytical methods. We welcome submissions that advance the understanding of how analytical techniques can be applied to solve complex engineering problems across various specialized fields, including bioengineering, materials science, electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, and food engineering. The journal places a strong emphasis on detailed methodological approaches, encouraging authors to provide extensive experimental and/or methodological details to ensure reproducibility of results. By encouraging a multidisciplinary approach, JETA aims to make a significant contribution to the advancement of engineering science, providing insights that lead to practical applications and the development of new technologies. By fostering a multidisciplinary approach, JETA seeks to contribute significantly to the ongoing development of engineering science, providing insights that lead to practical applications and the development of new technologies. |
