Energies 2024 Exceptional Reviewers List

We are thrilled to share the updated Exceptional Reviewers List 2024. Committed to fostering rigorous research and promoting knowledge exchange, Energies (ISSN: 1996-1073) recognizes the significant role that our reviewers play in maintaining the quality and integrity of the articles we publish. According to surveys conducted in 2023, 91% of our authors rated the peer reviews they received as good or excellent, thanks to our pool of excellent reviewers.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all the reviewers who have generously volunteered their time and expertise to assist in Energies’ peer-review process. Their dedication and attention to detail in evaluating manuscripts, offering valuable feedback, and contributing to academic rigor are truly commendable.
The Exceptional Reviewed List was first introduced in March 2024 to recognize and honor scholars who deliver consistently exceptional review reports to our journal. Each quarter, a group of outstanding reviewers will be selected and introduced here.

“Reviewing a manuscript for a scientific journal is an intellectually rewarding experience that demands attention to details and a deep understanding of the subject matter. Balancing critical assessment with encouragement, I aimed to support the authors in enhancing their work. This process not only contributed to advancing the field but also enriched my own knowledge and analytical skills. My experience as a reviewer for MDPI has been both fulfilling and intellectually stimulating. It provided an opportunity to engage deeply with cutting-edge research and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in my field. Reviewing manuscripts challenged me to critically evaluate methodologies, data analyses, and the clarity of presented ideas, ensuring the research meets high academic standards. It was rewarding to offer constructive feedback that could help authors refine their work and enhance its impact. I would like to thank MDPI for offering me the opportunity to participate in the reviewing process as it has high-standard scientific journals with qualified editors that enhance the overall reviewing process”.

“MDPI maintains a rigorous and comprehensive review process. Editors ensure that all aspects, from the quality of the language to the approval of methodologies, are thoroughly and clearly addressed. This detailed review process not only enhances the overall quality of submitted papers but also guarantees that only those making significant contributions to their respective fields are accepted for publication. It is no surprise that existing journals are seeing their impact factors increase, while new journals are rapidly gaining recognition with their own impact factors”.
