The 20th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Posture and Gait Research in conjunction with the International Symposium of Posture and Equilibrium will be held on Saturday, 23 March 2024, at an expanded scale compared to previous years. The event will be held at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan.

In today's aging society, issues related to posture and walking are becoming increasingly important, not only from a scientific perspective, but also from the perspectives of medical and social welfare. Measures and recommendations are also necessitated from the perspective of preventing falls and providing the elderly with preventive care. This study group is interdisciplinary and has enjoyed the participation of researchers and medical professionals from various fields. If the current situation continues, we plan to set up a forum for information exchange. Once again, we look forward to presentations and participation from people who are active in related fields.
