Recruiting Editorial Board Members for Muscles

Muscles (ISSN: 2813-0413) is currently recruiting Editorial Board Members. We are an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal on a wide range of muscle pathophysiologies, such as development, the regulation of mass and function, aging, metabolism, exercise-induced stress, nutrition, degeneration, dystrophy, and regeneration. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their original research or reviews with an emphasis on describing muscle health, its maintenance, and its interactions with non-muscle cell types and regulatory modulators. Research papers, review papers, and case reports are acceptable formats for submitted manuscripts. As an Editorial Board Member, you would be responsible for the following:

• Making decisions on whether a manuscript can be accepted, based on the reports we collect;
• Editing a Special Issue on a hot topic within your field regularly or inviting 3–5 papers per year;
• Promoting the journal at related academic conferences/activities in which you participate;
• Advising on the journal’s development.
