Children | World Children’s Day 2023

World Children's Day is an international holiday established by the United Nations in 1954 to enhance the cohesion of children around the world, raise children's awareness and improve children's welfare. World Children’s Day takes place annually on 20 November. The primary goals of this event are to increase awareness of various types of pediatric diseases, advocate for scientific advancement by addressing unmet needs, and promote global collaboration to address challenges faced by pediatric patients and the medical community in timely diagnosis, optimal treatment and support.

In celebration of World Children’s Day 2023, Children (ISSN: 2227-9067) has curated a collection of open access scholarly research studies focused on pediatric disease. Our intention is to disseminate new scientific knowledge to the world on this significant occasion.
