The Munin Conference is an annual international event dedicated to scholarly publishing and communication. It attracts librarians, research administrators, and researchers from the Nordic countries and across the globe. The conference's core focus is on the essential concepts of Open Access, Open Data, and the broader Open Science movement.

- Core Themes: Key topics include Open Science in a Closing World, Indigenous Rights in Research (with a focus on ethical and effective collaboration), and Transparency and Replicability in Science.
