We are pleased to announce that MDPI will host an Open Access—Academic Publishing Workshop at the First Summer School on Artificial Intelligence in Cybersecurity.

We are pleased to invite you to an interactive session on scholarly publishing, featuring key insights into the world of academic writing, peer review, and publication processes.

Participants will also have the opportunity to learn more about publishing with MDPI journals, including Sensors (ISSN: 1424-8220) and Journal of Cyber-Physical Systems (JCP, ISSN: 2624-800X), which will also sponsor the workshop awards.

MDPI Speakers:

Ms. Paula Navarro is a biotechnologist with more than 6 years of experience in the scientific publishing industry. She joined MDPI in January 2018, and, after having held several roles (including Assistant Editor, Section Managing Editor, and Group Leader), she currently works as a Journal Relations Specialist for five journals: GenesAntibodiesDieteticsEpigenomes, and JMAHP. In recent years, she has organized and attended numerous online and in-person meetings with scholars. She has attended several international conferences as the MDPI conference representative.

Ms. Angela Toribio graduated in chemistry from the University of Salamanca, and later obtained a master's degree in analytical chemistry from the Chemical Institute of Sarria (IQS) in Barcelona. She has been working at MDPI for over 8 years, where she currently serves as a Senior Journal Relations Specialist, supporting several of MDPI's journals and fostering collaboration with the academic community.
