Antioxidants Young Investigator Award—Winner Announced

We are pleased to announce that the winner of the Antioxidants Young Investigator Award is Dr. Giacomo Di Matteo.

Dr. Giacomo Di Matteo received his M.Sc. from D’Annunzio University of Chieti–Pescara, Italy, in 2019 and his Ph.D. from Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, in 2022. He is now a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Chemistry and Technology of Drugs, Faculty of Pharmacy and Medicine, Sapienza University of Rome. His research activity is focused on the study of food matrices and edible plants and is carried out using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) methodologies and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis. Winning the Young Investigator Award is an outstanding achievement in today’s competitive environment. Please join us in congratulating Dr. Giacomo Di Matteo.

As the awardee, Dr. Giacomo Di Matteo will receive an honorarium of CHF 2000 and an electronic certificate.
