Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Dear authors,

I have the following objections:

Ad1. Some abbreviations are very difficult to understand. I suggest to consider to add there a list of abbreviations to the beginning.

Ad2: Line 26, there is written "Figure 1 (d) illustrates a circuit diagram..." I suggest to rename it to "block diagram", because most parts of the figure are block type on my opinion.

Ad3: Figure 7 contains 4 curves, but it is not clear, what are the conditions differencies for which these curves are represented. Please add there additional informations about the curves from Figure 7 legend.

Ad4: Figure 9: Please could you describe why the amplitude of V3 is significantly lower the amplitudes of the other curves?

I think that you should implement the changes according to my comments above.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The paper presented a circuit model of a charge transfer switch in the form of XC-CP.  Please address the following issues.

1. SPICE simulations have been presented in may places. Please add some explanations on the SPICE model circuit parameters.

2. Check if a SPICE result can be included in Figure 15.

3. In the designed and fabricated CP, f = 1MHz, N = 24 have been used. Please add some comments on this.

4. In Figure 17, agreement between SPICE simulations, models and measurements are not good. Please add some analysis on this.

5.  Though it is not the main issue in this paper. please comment on the conversion efficiency of Latch, ULPD, and SD CP's.
