Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This paper is a study of The effect of local doping of the polymer/polymer interface by
Cu2O particles!

The paper is well written, and the English is good.

1.      In the abstract, the authors discuss AFM used to control the thickness. It is mandatory to show a 2D/3D image and rugosity.

2.      After the AFM topography, it is mandatory to make a morphology (SEM) and structural characterization (XRD).

3.       For the electrical characterization, if you have the possibility to do Hall measurements (to prove the type of the semiconductor) and resistivity.

I recommend a minor revision.

Reviewer 2 Report

Please consider the comments point-by-point for the manuscript The effect of local doping of the polymer/polymer interface by Cu2O particles:

1-      Why did you use polydiphenylene phthalide (PDPh) for this study?

2-      In the introduction section, please compare this polymer with other polymers considering its advantages and disadvantages.

3-      At the end of the introduction, please explain innovative aspects of your study compared to previous studies.

4-      Figures 2 and 3 have not suitable quality. More discussion is needed for these figures.

5-      The discussion section should be improved by the results of new references (2020-2023).

6-      The conclusion section can be reorganized based on the main findings of the study.

7-      The manuscript would benefit from English grammar editing.
