This work is of great significance for understanding the relationship between layer bone quality and egg production performance. The aim of the experiment is relatively clear, and the materials & methods are clearly described. I recommend publishing this article after minor revisions.

 

  1. Please check the whole manuscript, a space should be added before and after “<”,”=”and ”>”。
  2. In Table 2, is it necessary to be accurate to "<0.0001"? As far as I know, it is sufficient when the p value is less than 0.001. Please explain this.

  2. In Table 2, is it necessary to be accurate to "<0.0001"? As far as I know, it is sufficient when the p value is less than 0.001. Please explain this.  Answer: We agree with the reviewer and we have changed this value to 0.001
