Excellent!  I cannot wait to use in my courses.

The paper, "Social Media, Students, and the Law" addresses a critical topic in education law - disciplining students for speech on social media.  The article is both critical and timely given the recent (and only) U.S. Supreme Court case on this topic, Mahanoy v. B.L. (2021). The article covers not only the U.S. Supreme Court case, but other lower court cases that can provide additional guidance as well as federal statutes on how some social media speech could be considered harassment. The article is clearly written and offers helpful recommendations for education leaders, which, up to this point, have been relatively scarce.  This is an excellent research piece.
