Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

I think this article is very well written and exhaustive.

I would suggest to add this other reference when mentioning IgH

Fluorescent polymerase chain reaction and capillary electrophoresis for IgH rearrangement and minimal residual disease evaluation in multiple myeloma.

Novella E, F.Haematologica. 2002 Nov;87(11):1157-64.

Otherwise, please accept it in its current format

1)I would suggest to add this other reference when mentioning IgH

Novella E. Haematologica 2002;Nov.87(11):1157-64

P10 – L31

The reference “Novella E, Giaretta I, Felice F, Madeo D, Piccin A, Castaman G,

Rodeghiero F. Fluorescent polymerase chain reaction and capillary

electrophoresis for IgH rearrangement and minimal residual disease evaluation

in multiple myeloma. Haematologica 2002;87(11):1157-1164” was added in the text and list.

The number of added reference is [97].

Reviewer 2 Report

I suggest that a more appropriate title will be Digital droplet PCR in hematologic malignancies.A new useful molecular tool

Otherwise the paper is very well organised and documented
