There are some notes in the scanned file.

The paper is well written and the presented results are interesting. The intorduction provides summarized results already done concerning this topic. My main poin is about a visual aspect of the paper. Some math symbols require and improvement, some sections can be modified (see attachement). Couple of sentences are difficult to follow and I do recommend rewriting them. There are two variants of proof for Theorem 1. I do not think it is necessary to include both. I would prefer if author could choose the one that seems more clear to reader and/or is, preferably, shorter.

In conclusion, there are new and interesting results in the paper and after the minor revision, according to the notes above, is done I do recommend the work for publication.
