The article addresses a widely debated topic currently at the level of organizations and in all specific bodies. Undoubtedly, we identify a turning point in the long-term development strategies and practices of companies, aspects surprized by the authors in this article.

I appreciate this article favorably, but I also consider it necessary for the authors to present some aspects that include possible negative effects, in the first part of the work.

Also, the introduction of some final conclusions can better outline the results of the present research.

This research is a fascinating topic in line with the trends of the times. In addition, it is judged that the research went well in a structured way.

Nevertheless, I'd like to give some advice. 

 

Introduction

-This study examines the aspects of digital leadership research applied to the tourism and hospitality industries. However, the introduction does not explain the industries' digital characteristics. A detailed description of what aspects of digital leadership research should be conducted is needed. The introduction of the Dynamic Capabilities Theory is also necessary.

 

The literature review and hypothesis development progressed logically well.

 

Sample and data collection procedures

-Is there a reason why it's targeted at five-star hotel employees? And travel agencies have a scale rating. It's necessary to describe it.

 

 

Data analysis 

- 'The study used WarpPLS statistical software 7.0 for data processing and conducted a multi-group analysis to identify significant differences in path coefficients between hotels and travel agencies..' I couldn't find the multi-group analysis and results in this study.

 

 

 

 

 

discussion

-The discussion was very well made, but the discussion was not made from the perspective of the tourism and hospitality industries. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss this from the perspective of the tourism and hospitality industries.

-The theoretical implications of the results of this study for the tourism and hospitality industries should be presented.

 

Practical implications

-The practical implications of the results of this study for the tourism and hospitality industries should be presented.

 

 

The conclusion should interpret the study results from the perspective of the tourism and hospitality industry. For example, tourism and hospitality industry organizations, mineral and hospitality industry employees, leaders, etc
