This paper propose a technology of input-output with CES. My concerns, questions and suggestions to improve your manuscript are as follows:
1. It would be useful if you added some plots comparing the results in the discussion section.
2. What are the limitations of your algorithm? For example, does it require longer training time? Are there any situations in which the algorithm cannot be applied?
10. Abbreviations should be defined whenever they are first used.
