Thanks to the respected authors

The following items should be corrected in the article:

1- Explain the reliability and validity of the brain wave recording (EEG) device. What measures have been taken for the reliability and validity of the device?

2- Images during testing and recording of users' brain waves should be included in the article.

3- The article should be corrected in terms of grammar.

Good luck!

Reviewer 2 Report

It was a pleasure to review this paper, it is very interesting.

I have the following comments to the manuscript:

Please explain how the data was collected and how was the sample randomized. Please provide specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.

There are many editorial mistakes such as: Line 146 „the”, line 148 „[11], That (…)”, line 149 “occur:1)Be (…) and many others.

Phase delay index:

Was it calculated automatically?  Is it necessary to write the formulas? In my opinions all formulas are not necessary.

Results:

There is no need to repeat American Sleep Foundation’s recommendations. It was mentioned in material and methods that one group slept <4h and control group >7h. The first paragraph should be deleted.

From line 140 – again there is no need to repeat criteria for termination of exercise. Please give a clear information how many respondents were excluded due to these criteria. Table 3 presents mean value. There is no information about the need of exercises’ termination.

Please provide limitations of the study.

Thank you.

Reviewer 3 Report

This study studied a very interesting topic.

The research needs, methods, results, and discussions are very well documented. In particular, only the really important parts of the study were written logically.

Please correct line 146.

Lines 163, 228. Please edit the references to fit the journal format.

Wu J et al. Please modify it according to the journal format.

The conclusion part is relatively lacking. It is necessary to present a summary of this study and its academic implications. Also, please describe your suggestions for follow-up research.
