Thanks for this observational study which was aim to describe the clinical features, investigations, diagnosis, treatment, and outcome of nontraumatic headache in adults who present to EDs in Singapore with headache. The 579 patient admitted to the study at 4 weeks. The 44% of them was primary benign headache and the ct scan performed to 191 patient. There were 20% abnormalities. Migraine was the most frequent primary headache in Singapore ED’s. Before publication references should be written as journal rules.
