Due to the limited endurance of UAVs, especially in scenarios involving large areas and dense target nodes, it is challenging for multiple UAVs to complete diverse tasks while ensuring timely execution. Toward this, we propose a cross-platform system consisting of an aircraft carrier (AC) and multiple UAVs, which makes unified task planning for included heterogeneous platforms to maximize the efficiency of the entire combat system. The carrier-based UAV swarm mission planning problem is formulated to minimize completion time and resource utilization, taking into account large-scale targets, multi-type tasks, and multi-obstacle environments. Since the problem is complex, we design a decoupled framework to simplify the solution by decomposing it into two levels: upper-level AC path planning and bottom-level multi-UAV cooperative mission planning. At the upper level, a drop point determination method and a discrete genetic algorithm incorporating improved A* (DGAIIA) are proposed to plan the AC’s path in the presence of no-fly zones and radar threats. At the bottom level, an improved differential evolution algorithm with a market mechanism (IDEMM) is proposed to minimize task completion time and maximize UAV utilization. Specifically, a dual-switching search strategy and a neighborhood-first buying-and-selling mechanism are developed to improve the search efficiency of the IDEMM. This study explores the challenges and theoretical transformations that the widespread application of AI technology in social governance brings to the protection of citizens’ fundamental rights. By examining typical cases in judicial assistance, technology-enabled law enforcement, and welfare supervision, it explains how AI characteristics such as algorithmic opacity, data bias, and automated decision-making affect fundamental rights including due process, equal protection, and privacy. The article traces the historical evolution of privacy theory from physical space protection to informational self-determination and further to modern data rights, pointing out the inadequacy of traditional rights-protection paradigms in addressing the characteristics of AI technology. Through analyzing AI-governance models in the European Union, the United States, Northeast Asia, and international organizations, it demonstrates diverse governance approaches ranging from systematic risk regulation to decentralized industry regulation. With a special focus on China, the article analyzes the special challenges faced in AI governance and proposes specific recommendations for improving AI-governance paths. The article argues that only within the track of the rule of law, through continuous theoretical innovation, institutional construction, and international cooperation, can AI technology development be ensured to serve human dignity, freedom, and fair justice. Cities serve as the primary arenas for achieving the strategic objectives of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”. This study employed the LMDI method to systematically analyze the evolution trend of energy-related carbon emissions in Hong Kong and their influencing factors from 1980 to 2023. The main findings are as follows: (1) Hong Kong’s energy consumption structure remains dominated by coal and oil. Influenced by energy prices, significant shifts in this structure occurred across different periods. Imported electricity from mainland China, in particular, has exerted a promoting effect on the optimization of its energy consumption mix. (2) Economic output and population concentration are the primary drivers of increased carbon emissions. However, the contribution of economic growth to carbon emissions has gradually weakened in recent years due to a lack of new growth drivers. (3) Energy consumption intensity, energy consumption structure, and carbon intensity are the primary influencing factors in curbing carbon emissions. Among these, the carbon reduction impact of energy consumption intensity is the most significant. Hong Kong should continue to adopt a robust strategy for controlling total energy consumption to effectively mitigate carbon emissions. Additionally, it should remain vigilant regarding the potential implications of future energy price fluctuations. It is also essential to sustain cross-border energy cooperation, primarily based on electricity imports from the Pearl River Delta, while simultaneously expanding international and domestic supply channels for natural gas. The interconnections among water, energy, and food (WEF) systems are growing increasingly complex, making it essential to understand their evolutionary mechanisms and coordination barriers to enhance regional resilience and sustainability. In this study, we investigated the WEF system in Northeast China by constructing a comprehensive indicator system encompassing resource endowment and utilization efficiency. The coupling coordination degree (CCD) of the WEF system was quantitatively assessed from 2001 to 2022. An obstacle degree model was employed to identify key constraints, while grey relational analysis was used to evaluate the driving influence of individual indicators. Furthermore, a co-evolution model based on logistic growth and competition–cooperation dynamics was developed to simulate system interactions. The results reveal the following: (1) the regional WEF-CCD increased from 0.627 in 2001 to 0.769 in 2022, reaching the intermediate coordination level, with the CCDs of the food, water, and energy subsystems rising from 0.39 to 0.62, 0.38 to 0.60, and 0.40 to 0.55, respectively, highlighting that the food subsystem had the most stable and significant improvement; (2) Jilin Province attained the highest WEF-CCD, 0.850, in 2022, while that for Heilongjiang remained the lowest, at 0.715, indicating substantial interprovincial disparities; (3) key indicators, such as food self-sufficiency rate, electricity generation, and ecological water use, functioned as both core constraints and major drivers of system performance; (4) co-evolution modeling revealed that the food subsystem exhibited the fastest growth, followed by water and energy (α3  > α1 >  α2 > 0), with mutual promotion between water and energy subsystems and inhibitory effects from the food subsystem, ultimately converging toward a stable equilibrium state; and (5) interprovincial co-evolution modeling indicated that Jilin leads in WEF system development, followed by Liaoning and Heilongjiang, with predominantly cooperative interactions among provinces driving convergence toward a stable and coordinated equilibrium despite structural asymmetries. This study proposes a transferable, multi-method analytical framework for evaluating WEF coordination, offering practical insights into bottlenecks, key drivers, and co-evolutionary dynamics for sustainable resource governance. As global climate change intensifies and the transition to clean energy accelerates, lithium-ion batteries—critical components of electric vehicles—are becoming increasingly vital in international trade networks. This study investigates the structural evolution and determinants of the electric vehicle lithium-ion battery trade network among European Union (EU) member states from 2012 to 2023, employing social network analysis and the multiple regression quadratic assignment procedure method. The findings demonstrate the transformation of the network from a centralized and loosely connected structure, with Germany as the dominant hub, to a more interconnected and decentralized system in which Poland and Hungary emerge as the leading players. Key network metrics, such as the density, clustering coefficients, and average path lengths, reveal increased regional trade connectivity and enhanced supply chain efficiency. The analysis identifies geographic and economic proximity, logistics performance, labor cost differentials, energy resource availability, and venture capital investment as significant drivers of trade flows, highlighting the interaction among spatial, economic, and infrastructural factors in shaping the network. Based on these findings, this study underscores the need for targeted policy measures to support Central and Eastern European countries, including investment in logistics infrastructure, technological innovation, and regional cooperation initiatives, to strengthen their integration into the supply chain and bolster their export capacity. Furthermore, fostering balanced inter-regional collaborations is essential in building a resilient trade network. Continued investment in transportation infrastructure and innovation is recommended to sustain the EU’s competitive advantage in the global electric vehicle lithium-ion battery supply chain. Under deep, high-intensity mining conditions, a high mineral pressure develops at the working face, which can easily cause floor heave deformation of the roadway. In this paper, with the geological conditions of Buertai coal mine as the background, through on-site monitoring and numerical simulation, the mechanism of strong dynamic pressure roadway floor heave is clarified and a cooperative control method for roadway floor heave deformation is proposed. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) The overall strength of the floor of this strong dynamic pressure roadway is low, which can easily cause roadway floor heave, and on-site multivariate monitoring of the mine pressure is carried out, which clarifies the evolution law of the mine pressure of the mining roadway and along-the-airway roadway. (2) Combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation software, we analyze the influence of coal seam depth and floor lithology on the stability of the roadway floor and find that both have a significant influence on the stability of the roadway. Under the condition of high-intensity mining, the floor will deteriorate gradually, forming a wide range of floor heave areas. (3) Based on the deformation and damage mechanism of the roadway floor, a synergistic control method of “roof cutting and pressure relief + floor anchor injection” is proposed and various technical parameters are designed. An optimized design scheme is designed for the control of floor heave in Buertai coal mine. Full article

In the low-carbon era, there is a serious challenge of climate change, which urgently needs to promote low-carbon consumption behavior in order to build sustainable low-carbon consumption patterns. The establishment of this model not only requires in-depth theoretical research as support, but also requires tripartite cooperation between the government, enterprises and the public to jointly promote the popularization and practice of the low-carbon consumption concept. Therefore, by constructing a tripartite evolutionary game model and simulation analysis, this study deeply discusses the mechanism of government policy on the strategy choice of logistics enterprises. The stability strategy and satisfying conditions are deeply analyzed by constructing a tripartite evolutionary game model of the logistics industry, government, and consumers. With the help of MATLAB R2023b simulation analysis, the following key conclusions are drawn: (1) The strategic choice of logistics enterprises is affected by various government policies, including research and development intensity, construction intensity, and punishment intensity. These government policies and measures guide logistics enterprises toward low-carbon development. (2) The government’s research, development, and punishment intensity are vital in determining whether logistics enterprises adopt low-carbon strategies. R&D efforts incentivize logistics companies to adopt low-carbon technologies by driving technological innovation and reducing costs. The penalties include economic sanctions to restrain companies that do not comply with low-carbon standards. In contrast, construction intensity mainly affects the consumption behavior of consumers and then indirectly affects the strategic choice of logistics enterprises through market demand. (3) Although the government’s active supervision is a necessary guarantee for logistics enterprises to implement low-carbon strategies, more is needed. This means that in addition to the government’s policy support, it also needs the active efforts of the logistics enterprises themselves and the improvement of the market mechanism to promote the low-carbon development of the logistics industry jointly. This study quantifies the impact of different factors on the system’s evolution, providing a precise decision-making basis for policymakers and helping promote the logistics industry’s and consumers’ low-carbon transition. It also provides theoretical support for the logistics industry’s low-carbon development and green low-carbon consumption and essential guidance for sustainable development. Full article

Spatiotemporal Evolution Characteristics of Green Logistics Level: Evidence from 51 Countries

With the current acceleration of climate change, there is a global demand for sustainable development and carbon emission reduction. As a major link in the global supply chain, the logistics industry’s green and low-carbon transformation has become a critical breakthrough in achieving the objective of reducing carbon emissions. This study develops a multidimensional assessment index method for the green logistics level. The study selects 51 major economies worldwide from 2000 to 2022 as research subjects. The cloud model–entropy value–TOPSIS method is applied to measure the green logistics level. The results of the green logistics level are analyzed from the perspectives of developed and developing countries, and their spatiotemporal evolution characteristics are explored. The study shows that (1) the green logistics level in developed countries is relatively high, mainly due to policy-driven, core technology advantages. However, they continue to encounter issues, such as regional imbalance and excessive green costs. (2) The green logistics level in developing countries is in the middle to lower level, limited by technological dependence, outdated infrastructure, and so on. They are generally caught in a “high-carbon lock-in” situation. (3) From the perspective of time, the global level of green logistics shows a rising trend year by year. The peak of the kernel density curve of the green logistics level is characterized by an “I” shape. There is a significant disparity in each country’s green logistics level, although it is narrowing every year. (4) From the spatial perspective, the green logistics level in each country shows a rising trend year by year vertically, while the horizontal disparity between countries is enormous. The development of the green logistics level between continents is unbalanced. The study presents several recommendations, including boosting technology transfer, giving financial support, strengthening international cooperation, and developing green infrastructure, to promote the global logistics industry’s green and low-carbon transformation to accomplish sustainable development goals. Rapid urbanization and climate extremes expose cities to multi-dimensional risks, necessitating the coordinated development of new urbanization and urban resilience for achieving urban sustainability. While existing studies focus on core economic zones like the Yangtze River Delta, secondary economic cooperation regions remain understudied. This study examined the Huaihai Economic Zone (HEZ)—a quadri-provincial border area—by constructing the evaluation systems for new urbanization and urban resilience. The development indices of the two systems were measured using the entropy weight-CRITIC method. The spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of their coupling coordination degree (CCD) were analyzed through a CCD model, while key driving factors influencing the CCD were investigated using a grey relational analysis model. The results indicated that both the new urbanization construction and urban resilience development indices in the HEZ exhibited a steady upward trend during the study period, with the urban resilience development index surpassing the new urbanization construction index. The new urbanization index increased from 0.3026 (2013) to 0.4702 (2023), and the urban resilience index increased from 0.3520 (2013) to 0.6366 (2023). The CCD between new urbanization and urban resilience reached 0.7368 by 2023, with 80% of cities in the HEZ achieving good coordination types. The variation of the CCD among cities was minimal, revealing a spatially clustered coordinated development pattern. In terms of driving factors, economic development level, public service capacity, and municipal resilience level were identified as core drivers for enhancing coupling coordination. Infrastructure construction, digital capabilities, and spatial intensification served as important supports, while ecological governance capacity remained a weakness. This study establishes a transferable framework for the coordinated development of secondary economic cooperation region, though future research should integrate diverse data sources and expand indicator coverage for higher precision. Moreover, the use of linear models to analyze the key driving factors of the CCD has limitations. The incorporation of non-linear techniques can better elucidate the complex interactions among factors. Full article

This review provides a comprehensive analysis of recent advancements in lower limb exoskeleton systems, focusing on applications, control strategies, hardware architecture, sensing modalities, human-robot interaction, evaluation methods, and technical innovations. The study spans systems developed for gait rehabilitation, mobility assistance, terrain adaptation, pediatric use, and industrial support. Applications range from sit-to-stand transitions and post-stroke therapy to balance support and real-world navigation. Control approaches vary from traditional impedance and fuzzy logic models to advanced data-driven frameworks, including reinforcement learning, recurrent neural networks, and digital twin-based optimization. These controllers support personalized and adaptive interaction, enabling real-time intent recognition, torque modulation, and gait phase synchronization across different users and tasks. Hardware platforms include powered multi-degree-of-freedom exoskeletons, passive assistive devices, compliant joint systems, and pediatric-specific configurations. Innovations in actuator design, modular architecture, and lightweight materials support increased usability and energy efficiency. Sensor systems integrate EMG, EEG, IMU, vision, and force feedback, supporting multimodal perception for motion prediction, terrain classification, and user monitoring. Human–robot interaction strategies emphasize safe, intuitive, and cooperative engagement. Controllers are increasingly user-specific, leveraging biosignals and gait metrics to tailor assistance. Evaluation methodologies include simulation, phantom testing, and human–subject trials across clinical and real-world environments, with performance measured through joint tracking accuracy, stability indices, and functional mobility scores. Overall, the review highlights the field’s evolution toward intelligent, adaptable, and user-centered systems, offering promising solutions for rehabilitation, mobility enhancement, and assistive autonomy in diverse populations. The complexities inherent in resource management within cross-domain digital innovation ecosystems have significantly intensified, giving rise to heightened challenges in collaborative interactions among diverse stakeholders, thereby directly impacting systemic stability. Conventional governance frameworks for innovation ecosystems are inadequate in effectively managing the uncertainties and risks inherent in these environments. To address the collaborative governance dilemma and enhance governance efficiency, this paper aims to construct an effective collaborative governance mechanism for a cross-domain digital innovation ecosystem and explore the optimal strategy choices of key governance stakeholders, including the government, digital platform enterprises, and other relevant parties. This research utilizes evolutionary game theory to construct a model comprising three governing entities: the government, digital platform enterprises, and stakeholders. It investigates the evolutionary dynamics of collaborative governance strategies among these entities and the factors that influence governance. Following this, a system dynamics methodology is employed for simulation analysis. The results reveal the following: (1) As the initial intentions of the governing entities evolve, governance decisions within the system tend to stabilize, characterized by a strategic combination of proactive regulation, active cooperative governance, and engaged participation. This equilibrium governance strategy significantly fosters the stable advancement of cross-domain digital innovation ecosystems. (2) The punitive measures enacted by the government and the internal incentive structures of the system positively influence the evolution of governance decisions towards collaborative governance. (3) The cost–benefit assessment of the primary governing entity, the digital platform enterprise, demonstrates a detrimental effect on the evolution of governance decisions towards collaborative governance. These findings are vital for refining the collaborative governance frameworks of cross-domain digital innovation ecosystems and for promoting the robust and stable progression of the system. Water’s unique physicochemical properties arise from its dynamic hydrogen-bonding network, yet the precise molecular threshold at which these cooperative behaviors emerge remains a key question. This study employed nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and density functional theory (DFT) calculations to investigate the evolution of hydrogen bonding strength in small water clusters, ranging from dimers to pentamers. The observed exponential increase in NMR chemical shift up to the pentamer reflects growing hydrogen bond cooperativity, identifying the (H2O)5 cluster as a critical structural and energetic threshold. At this size, the network achieves sufficient connectivity to support key bulk-like phenomena such as proton transfer and dielectric relaxation. These conclusions were corroborated by complementary FT-IR and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements of bulk water. Our results position the water pentamer as the molecular onset of emergent solvent behavior, effectively bridging the divide between discrete clusters and the macroscopic properties of liquid water. The sudden and unusual nature of natural disasters in China underscores the complexity and difficulty inherent in China’s natural disaster emergency management (NDEM). National-level NDEM plays a critical role in bridging China’s emergency management capacity with modernization efforts, serving as a foundation for integrating development with security. In this study, we analyzed 250 NDEM-related policies issued by the Chinese central government between 1954 and 2022 as research objects. Using a five-factor analysis framework, we tracked the evolution of China’s NDEM by analyzing the time of issue, policy authority, departmental cooperation, policy themes, and policy tools. Our findings indicated that the cooperation networks exhibited growing complexity and expanding collaboration in the early stages but shifted to a more centralized and streamlined structure after the year 2018. The themes of NDEM policies reflect the modernization needs of emergency management, with science and technology proving essential to advancing NDEM capabilities. However, the structure of NDEM policy tools requires further optimization. Accordingly, we propose policy recommendations aimed at enhancing interdepartmental cooperation, accelerating the integration of science and technology in NDEM, and optimizing and adjusting the configuration of policy tools. This study adopts an evolutionary game theory framework and focuses on the strategic interaction between brands and KOLs. It examines how the two parties interact under conditions of uncertainty and risk, especially when the KOLs’ contract fulfillment capability is low, and how they adjust strategies to achieve sustainable collaboration. Different from previous studies, this paper not only examines objective parameters such as commission rate, brand value, return cost, and reputation risk, but also introduces behavioral factors, including risk preference, loss aversion, and the psychological perception of gains and losses. By modeling the decision-making process of KOLs and brands under uncertainty and risk, the key factors affecting the evolution of cooperation strategies are identified. The simulation results show that although the cooperation strategy (such as information disclosure and truthful promotion) can achieve stability under certain conditions, the system is highly sensitive to external factors (such as environmental uncertainty) and internal psychological factors (such as risk preference and loss sensitivity). This study provides practical suggestions for brands and KOLs to promote long-term cooperation, emphasizing the importance of incentive coordination, reputation risk management, commission structure optimization, and psychological perception regulation. These findings provide practical guidance for enhancing the sustainability of brand–KOL collaborations. Full article

Mapping the Landscape of Blockchain for Transparent and Sustainable Supply Chains: A Bibliometric and Thematic Analysis

Background: The increasing complexity of global supply chains has intensified the demand for transparency, traceability, security, and sustainability in logistics and operations. Blockchain technology enables decentralized, immutable frameworks that improve data integrity, automate transactions via smart contracts, and integrate seamlessly with the IoT and AI. Methods: This bibliometric review analyzes 559 peer-reviewed publications retrieved from Scopus and Web of Science using a PRISMA-guided protocol. Data were processed with Bibliometrix and Biblioshiny to examine scientific production, contributing institutions, author countries, collaboration patterns, thematic clusters, and keyword evolution. Results: The analysis reveals a 400% increase in publications after 2020, with China, India, and the USA leading in output but with limited international collaboration. Keyword co-occurrence and thematic mapping reveal dominant topics, including smart contracts, food supply chain traceability, and sustainability, as well as emerging themes such as decentralization, privacy, and the circular economy. Conclusions: The field is marked by interdisciplinary growth, yet it remains thematically and geographically fragmented. This review maps the intellectual structure of blockchain-enabled sustainable supply chains, offering insights for policymakers, developers, and industry leaders and outlining future research avenues centered on global cooperation, platform efficiency, and ethical and regulatory dimensions.
