Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Rapid population growth and economic development lead to a demand for more and more natural resources. As one of the biggest consumers of natural resources, the construction industry has been playing an important role in sustainable development; therefore, sustainable construction is inevitable. However, developing sustainable construction is not an overnight process, and faces many challenges. Change and development in human activity is inevitable, so new trends and prospects for the future of sustainable construction is always one of the top issues.

This Special Issue aims to publish high-quality research papers on the interdisciplinary field of sustainable construction, including sustainable construction materials, innovative construction methods, ecofriendly construction solutions, energy efficiency in construction, and structural health assessment.
