Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Human–wildlife coexistence represents one of the most pressing and complex challenges for sustainable development in the 21st century. This Special Issue, titled “Human–Wildlife Coexistence—Future Solution”, aims to explore innovative, interdisciplinary approaches that balance biodiversity conservation with the well-being of human communities. By bringing together research from conservation biology, environmental policy, climate change, and ecosystem sustainability, this Special Issue seeks to highlight strategies for mitigating human–wildlife conflicts and fostering coexistence in a rapidly changing world.

The scope of this Special Issue spans theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and applied solutions addressing the ecological, social, and policy dimensions of human–wildlife interactions. We encourage the submission of papers that explore case studies, technological innovations, community engagement strategies, and global perspectives on coexistence.

The purpose of this issue is to supplement the existing literature by offering future-focused solutions and showcasing the latest advancements in this field. It builds upon prior research while addressing gaps in sustainable approaches to managing human–wildlife relationships under increasing ecological and social pressures.
