Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
As global environmental issues become increasingly severe, science and science education play a more crucial role in promoting environmental sustainability. Challenges that prevent sustainable, eco-friendly practices such as Green Energy, the electric vehicle industry, climate change education, interdisciplinary scientific thinking, etc. are creating significant threats to the future and general well-being of humanity. Advances in scientific research and the expansion of science education have enabled society to make essential progress in understanding the causes of environmental problems and exploring potential solutions. Through scientific research and science education, the public can gain a deeper understanding of the impacts of human activities on the natural environment, fostering a new generation capable of participating in environmental protection and sustainable development.
We are pleased to invite you to contribute an article to our Special Issue on the theme of "The Inspiration of Science and Science Education in Environmental Sustainability". As global environmental challenges grow increasingly pressing, science and science education are not only pivotal for driving innovative technologies but also essential for guiding society toward a sustainable future. We aim to gather insights from experts across diverse fields to explore how scientific inspiration and education can enhance environmental awareness and promote sustainable resource use.
This Special Issue aims to share inspiring scientific research and science education studies focused on environmental sustainability. Both original research articles and reviews are welcome for publication. Research areas may include (but are not limited to) the following: Science Education, Environmental Education, Sustainability Education, STEAM, Green Energy Science, etc. If you are interested in contributing, please submit your manuscript by June 30, 2025. We look forward to receiving your contributions.
