Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the winners of the Photonics 2020 Best Paper Awards. All papers published in Photonics in 2020 were considered for these awards. After a thorough evaluation of the originality and significance of the papers, citations, and downloads, the two winning papers, which were nominated by the award committees, have been selected.

Each winner (corresponding author) will receive CHF 500, a certificate, and the opportunity to publish a paper in Photonics in 2022.
