2023 International Semiconductor Conference (CAS)
We are pleased to invite you to the 46th edition of the annual CAS conference, CAS 2023, taking place on 11–13 October 2023, in the historical mountain resort of Sinaia, Romania.
The CAS conference provides an excellent opportunity for researchers, academic experts and students to meet and share ideas, recent achievements and challenges in the exciting field of micro- and nanotechnologies.
The CAS 2023 program will include technical papers presented in oral and poster sessions, invited talks, special sessions for student papers and workshops.
The Best Paper Awards and the Best Student Paper Awards will be given for papers selected by the conference committee from the oral and posters presentations in the conference.
Authors are invited to submit original papers on the following topics:
- Nanoscience and Nanoengineering;
- Micro- and Nanophotonics and Optoelectronics;
- Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems;
- Microsensors and Microsystems;
- Modelling;
- Semiconductor Devices;
- Integrated Circuits.
