Recruiting Editorial Board Members for Molbank
Molbank (ISSN: 1422-8599) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal published bimonthly online by MDPI, comprising a unique collection of one-compound-per-paper short notes on synthetic compounds and natural products. We are excited to announce that the journal is now expanding its Editorial Board. We encourage researchers in the fields of synthetic chemistry and natural product chemistry to join our team.
The term of the Editorial Board membership is two years and can then be renewed.
The primary responsibilities of Editorial Board Members include the following:
- Pre-screening and making decisions on new submissions related to your research interests;
- Providing input or feedback regarding journal policies;
- Recommending academic conferences, seminars, or workshops;
- Helping to promote the journal among peers or at conferences;
- Attending Board Meetings to suggest journal development strategies;
- Reviewing manuscripts or helping to identify suitable reviewers for the journal.
The benefits of being an Editorial Board Member include the following:
- A certificate in recognition of your position;
- Travel grants for selected conferences that are confirmed by the journal office;
- The opportunity to publish one paper free of charge per year in the journal and potential discounts for additional papers submitted as a result of your invitation;
- Additional sponsorships for your own conferences;
- Expanding your research network and increasing your knowledge of your research field.
