Upcoming MDPI Conferences (2)

30 September–2 October 2027 Chemistry2027 – Advances in Synthesis, Catalysis, and Molecular Design

Belgrade

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of MDPI and the journal Chemistry, it is my great pleasure to invite you to participate in Chemistry 2027, which will take place in Belgrade, Serbia, from 30 September to 2 October 2027.

Chemistry continues to drive innovation across disciplines, providing fundamental insights and transformative solutions to some of the most pressing scientific and technological challenges of our time. From understanding the principles that govern chemical reactivity to designing advanced functional materials and developing sustainable synthetic methodologies, chemistry remains at the heart of scientific discovery and progress.

Chemistry 2027 will bring together researchers from academia, industry, and research institutions to discuss recent advances across a broad range of chemical sciences. The conference will provide an international platform for exchanging ideas, fostering collaborations, and exploring emerging directions in fields including organic and organometallic chemistry, main group chemistry, reaction mechanisms, radical transformations, stereoelectronic effects, photochemistry, carbon-rich materials, and related areas at the forefront of modern chemical research.

We warmly invite you to contribute to this dynamic scientific forum by submitting abstracts for oral and poster presentations. The conference will offer an engaging environment for presenting new discoveries, discussing challenges and opportunities, and building meaningful professional connections within the global chemistry community.

We look forward to welcoming you to Belgrade for three inspiring days of scientific exchange, collaboration, and innovation.

Sessions:

  • S1. Light, Energy, and Molecular Excited States
  • S2. Molecular Recognition and Functional Supramolecular Systems
  • S3. Catalysis and Molecular Activation: C–H Functionalization, Cross-Coupling, and Beyond
  • S4. Molecular Architecture: From Design to Stereo- and Chemoselective Synthesis
  • S5. Molecules for Life: From Natural Products to Drug Discovery
  • S6. Electrochemistry for Synthesis and Energy: Molecules, Materials, and Mechanisms
