22–24 May 2026, Qinhuangdao, China
The 5th Conference on Fully Actuated System Theory and Applications (FASTA2026)

The 5th Conference on Fully Actuated System Theory and Applications (FASTA2026) is sponsored by IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, Yanshan University, and organized by the School of Electrical Engineering, Yanshan University. FASTA2026 will be held in Qinhuangdao, China, from May 22 to 24, 2026. The purpose is to provide an academic communication platform for scientists, engineers, and practitioners in related research fields worldwide to show the latest developments in control theories and technical achievements. It provides opportunities for various academic communication and sharing, such as keynotes, special sessions, oral presentation sessions, and poster sessions.

Qinhuangdao, a famous seaside tourist city, is situated in the northeastern region of Hebei Province and serves as an important port city  for the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei economic zone in the Bohai Rim region. It borders the Bohai Sea to the south, the Yanshan Mountains to the north, Liaoning Province to the east, and Beijing and Tianjin to the west. The terrain slopes from high in the north to low in the south, forming a stepped distribution of northern mountainous hills, central plains, and southern coastal mudflats. It boasts a high-quality coastline with excellent beaches and enjoys a warm temperate semi-humid monsoon climate with distinct seasons—moderate summers and mild winters. As one of China’s national innovative city pilot zones and a key area supported by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council in the development plan for Hebei's coastal regions, Qinhuangdao plays a significant exploratory and demonstrative role in the coordinated development of the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region and the transformation and upgrading of its port economy. Welcome to FASTA 2026! Welcome to Qinhuangdao!
