ICCOE 2023 brings together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Coastal and Ocean Engineering to a common forum. Nowadays, demand for energy is growing. Conventional fossil resources (oil, coal, and natural gas) face supply constraints and volatile markets, and concerns about economics and climate change have become widespread. Additionally, an abundant and promising source of energy exists in waves, tides, and offshore currents and swells. The time to harness it is now!
