ICONHIC2022 understands and addresses the global need for better infrastructure resilience against the escalating impacts of earthquakes, landslides, tsunamis, and extreme weather events. Building on the success of the past ICONHIC events (in 2016 and 2019), ICONHIC2022 aims to deliver a pure in-person event that will set the stage for all parties - engineers, researchers, cat modelers, insurers, policymakers, financiers, and investors - to come under one roof, exchange their viewpoints on scientific and technical innovations, and propose a unified approach for a more sustainable and resilient future.
