Advances in Nutrition and Healthcare of Athletes

Special Issue Information

Dear colleagues,

Regular exercise puts physical and metabolic stress on the body, increases the amount of energy that it burns while exercising, boosts the resting energy expenditure and affects more physiological systems than any other everyday activity.

We are pleased to invite you to provide researchers with evidence-based studies on which aspects of health and physical exercise are the novelist, attracting articles that describe the current state of the topic and application studies that attempt to address new approaches on the theme.

This special issue aims to publish application studies and original reviews, including clinical trials and observational studies, that attempt to address new results in the fields to improve human health through exercise/sports or to promote rehabilitation/recovery thorough exercise.

In this Special Issue, original research articles and reviews are welcome. Research areas may include (but are not limited to) the following:

Systematic reviews and meta-analyses of health and sport, health and nutrition or healthcare.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
