Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Rehabilitation for patients with head and neck cancer has become an essential component of comprehensive cancer care. Advances in surgery, radiotherapy, and systemic treatments have improved survival, yet many patients continue to experience long‑term functional impairments affecting speech, swallowing, mastication, facial esthetics, and overall quality of life. This Special Issue aims to highlight multidisciplinary approaches that address these complex needs, spanning prosthodontic rehabilitation, speech and swallowing therapy, nutritional support, psychosocial care, and emerging technologies such as digital workflows and regenerative strategies. We welcome original research, clinical studies, case series, reviews, and innovative interventions that contribute to improving functional outcomes and patient‑centered care. By bringing together diverse perspectives, this Special Issue seeks to advance evidence‑based rehabilitation and support the long‑term well‑being of individuals living with and beyond head and neck cancer.
