2022 IEEE Information Theory Workshop
The IEEE Information Theory Workshop (ITW), a conference of the IEEE Information Theory Society, returns to India after 20 years. ITW 2022 is planned as a hybrid conference: the online component is tentatively planned for November 1–2, 2022, and the in-person component will be in Mumbai during November 6–9, 2022.
Mumbai, the city of dreams, is India’s commercial and financial capital, a cultural melting pot, and a truly cosmopolitan metropolis. The venue for the in-person event will be the Victor Menezes Convention Centre (VMCC), IIT Bombay. The conference will feature an exciting lineup of keynotes from experts, tutorials, as well as themed invited sessions.
Interested authors are invited to submit papers describing previously unpublished contributions in all areas of coding and information theory, including, but not limited to:
- Security, privacy, and fairness.
- Machine learning and applications in communication.
- Quantum information and computation.
- Blockchains and distributed computing.
- Information theory and bioinformatics.
- Applications in optical communications.
- Codes for clouds.
- Information theory and computer science.
- Latency-sensitive communication.
Paper submission deadline: April 29, 2022.
Acceptance notification: August 1, 2022.
