Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
I invite authors to submit a paper for a Special Issue on “Life Cycle Assessment and Life Cycle Management of Solid Wastes” in Energies (impact factor 2.702): https://www.mdpi.com/journal/energies
Life cycle assessment of a product, process, technology or service is becoming increasingly important due to our awareness of their environmental, economic and social impacts. Life cycle management offers a business management strategy that is developed based on life cycle thinking. This Special Issue will emphasise the life cycle management of various solid wastes where study has been developed to apply life cycle assessment. Authors are welcome to submit detailed analyses of the life cycle assessment of these wastes. Reviews, comparative/bench marking studies and case studies will be published in this Special Issue. Authors are also encouraged to prepare their manuscripts with illustrations and use plain language in order to consider the audience beyond the research and professional community; all stakeholders of the topic should be able to understand the core message of the work. In addition, manuscripts should be prepared considering issues beyond the environmental impact, for example, economic and social impacts and sustainability as a whole. I look forward to your submissions.
