Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

I am thrilled to invite you to submit a manuscript to the forthcoming Special Issue, “Pediatric Oral Medicine”, in the Dentistry Journal. Given the progress in contemporary dentistry, the role of oral medicine in infants, children, and adolescents is becoming increasingly important to the well-being of the pediatric patient. Oral medicine in the pediatric patient includes oral pathology, oral radiology, dental protocols for medically compromised children, pharmacology, and other topics related to oral medicine.

Possible topics for this Special Issue include, but are not limited to:

- dental radiation safety in the pediatric patient;

- oral soft tissue lesions in the pediatric patient;

- oral radiology in the pediatric patient; and

- protocols for dental treatment in medically compromised children.
