Special Issue Information
The issue of corporate transformation is one of the central issues of economic theory and practice. The financial collapse that occurred in the world economy during COVID-19 and the Russia–Ukraine armed conflict gives it a new importance. The idea of transformation must be accepted by an enterprise as a whole and then developed into the success of daily innovative activity. The transformation of an enterprise has no clear end; it is a process of organizational creation, a sequence of targeted changes, closely adapted to the current market situation, in particular in supply chains and warehouse management. It is easy to determine the operational goals achieved in stages in enterprise logistics using artificial intelligence and machine learning. This fundamentally differentiates it from other types of developmental change. The challenge for enterprise digital transformation is to understand the complex interactions taking place in an enterprise in the process of organizational learning and resource transformation in the context of future planning. Digital transformation of an enterprise is a holistic and proactive change based on four components—technological, strategic, organizational, and cultural—resulting in its transformation into a qualitatively new business entity.
