7th International Conference on Recent Trends in Structural Materials—COMAT 2022
The 7th International Conference on Recent Trends in Structural Materials, COMAT 2022, will take place from 6 to 9 September 2022 in Pilsen, Czech Republic, EU. The COMAT conference is organised by the companies TANGER Ltd and COMTES FTH.
The conference will provide an international forum for the exchange of information on the latest scientific developments among scientists, researchers and industry partners in the field of materials science. This event will further promote the rapid dissemination of new knowledge among the scientific community.
The conference topics are organised into the following thematic areas: advanced steels; non-ferrous metals; ultra-fine grained materials; metals metallurgy (casting, etc.); metals forming; heat treatment; thermomechanical treatment; simulation of technological processes and material; advanced material models (plasticity, ductile damage, etc.); materials testing and analysis; metals joining (welding, soldering, adhesives, alternative joining techniques, etc.); additive manufacturing; coatings; industry 4.0. The conference programme also includes a poster session, in which a competition for the best poster will be held. The winners of the competition will be announced during a social evening in a traditional Pilsner brewery.
The peer-reviewed papers from the conference will be published in a scientific journal, which will be indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases.
