Full Waiver for Publishing a Case Report in Reports

To further promote communication between clinicians and to advance clinical medicine, Reports (ISSN: 2571-841X) has launched a limited-time project to reduce or waive the Article Processing Charge (APC) for Case Reports. The deadline for this project is 31 December 2025 and MDPI reserves the right to amend or retract this offer at any time.

Project process:

Authors submit Case Reports (PDF version) to the Editorial Office <reports@mdpi.com> via email.
The Editorial Office evaluates whether the manuscript meets the criteria for free publication and provides the outcome within three working days. Manuscripts that do not meet the criteria are subject to a service fee to cover the basic costs of language and format editing. This fee only applies if accepted after peer review. If rejected after peer review, no service fee will be charged.
After receiving the evaluation outcome, the author chooses whether to formally submit the manuscript via our SuSy system. Submission link: https://susy.mdpi.com/user/manuscripts/upload?journal=reports.
Manuscripts from this project are subject to MDPI’s standard editorial process. The editing fee does not affect any editorial decision.
