Minor remarks
Please, use the abbreviated terms that were previously defined in the manuscript. For instance, the defined abbreviated term for ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) was not used everywhere, etc.
Latin words should be depicted in italics.

The topic and significance of the study should be retyped and better presented.
Please, consider presenting some results in the figure, maybe the schematic representation of your work.

Dear Authors,
The selected raw material and green method of extraction are quite interesting. There are a few suggestions that I will expose in order to improve the quality of the paper. In the Abstract, you should exclude the explanation of IC50 since it is a common fact. Also, please reduce the number of keywords to 5. In section 2.3., when stating the solid/liquid ratio it is enough to put (w/v) if it is in g/mL.
The paper is highly rated in terms of originality, significance of content and interest to the readers. However, I have to draw attention to inappropriate self-citations by authors.
