Cover Story: Creative self-efficacy and social skills enhance personal and professional development. This study analyses their relationship with self-esteem, academic performance and life satisfaction in 238 Portuguese university students. The Creative Self-Efficacy Scale, CHASO Questionnaire, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), as well as ad hoc questions on academic performance, were used. The results reveal significant relationships between creative self-efficacy, social skills, self-esteem and life satisfaction. In addition, there are differences according to gender, academic performance and self-esteem. Variables such as self-esteem and fluency predict life satisfaction, highlighting the need to further explore these relationships at the university level. View this paper
