Although I am not an expert in bioinformatitics, the MS looks fine for me besides some minor font and grammatical issues throughout tit. For example, microarray data, pathways enrichment analysis of DEGs, etc.

In this manuscript, the key genes and potential molecular mechanisms in insulin resistance were investigated. The methods and results were good, which supported the conclusion got in this manuscript. I have no further comments.
