Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

this is high standard review and should be published.

To make the review attractive for the broad readership of Electronics I suggest at least 2-3 sentence for the application of supercapacitors which are also important for energy storage and harvesting. Thus I highly recommend authors to see and cite following: Nanoscale 10 (2018) 1877-1884; Scientific Reports  7 (2017) 11222; Energies 2018, 11(11), 2888; Energies 2018, 11(9), 2239

ref 70 is not reachable.

good work.

Reviewer 2 Report

The paper is suitable to publication in Electronics after the minor corrections:

1.     The equation for anodic and cathodic reactions are shown twice, why do not show them only once either on SOFC schematics of above/below? From anode side it is marked that natural gas is used as a fuel but reaction equation is written for H2. Should be corrected.

2.     Part 2.1. Authors listed several composition for ceramic anodes. I propose to enlarge this section a bit and add more information on other materials such as (La,Sr)(Mn,Cr)O3 or others (see Nat. Mater. 3, 17-27 (2004))

3.     There also some minor things such as different spacing in Conclusion parts that should be fixed.
