Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The manuscript proposes distributed GNE seeking under gobal-decision and partial-decision information. (1)Several literature studies have been conducted on Distributed Computation of Stochastic GNE. Many studies in the field of decision-making also involve strategies and methods for dealing with partial information. Please provide a detailed review. (2) What are the main differences and contributions between this article's work and existing work? (3)The proposed algorithms 1 and 2 over Douglas-Rachford algorithm are validated using authoritative cases and data.

Please further succinctly discuss and improve your English proficiency.

Reviewer 2 Report

This paper deals with a distributed GNE seeking under Global-Decision and Partial-Decision Information over Douglas-Rachford Splitting Method. The subject of the manuscript fits the Applied Sciences Journal partially. Figures and tables are present, they are clear and have adequate captions but much more can be presented. References are not proper and minimally adequate in quality and quantity; many adjustments may seem necessary for representativeness. The approach, organization, and results of the manuscript need several adjustments. The document's English might need grammar and style adjustments, and fixing typos may be necessary, as in the title Global, not Gobal.

Major points to revise:

- Novelty needs to be presented and highlighted in the Introduction;

- A framework or flowchart for the study, is necessary. There is need for a detailed presentation of the steps performed aiming at the methodology approach's replicability and/or reproducibility. It aims at developing the study performed allowing a full understanding of the method and the proposed global validation, which are not clear yet;

- There is a need for the presentation of hypotheses and a validation proposal. A better and more well-developed discussion is necessary. Although some validation is presented it needs further improvements for clarity and comprehensiveness. Further discussion of the results with a comparison with a proper literature review is necessary. Proper geographical distribution of the references will broaden the study and extend it to other places. Another point to bring attention to is the response to the questions raised that need to be clear and discussed;

- As mentioned, validation for the study performed is needed for clarification, the discussion part could reference the hypotheses and assumptions made;

- Summary and Prospect are somehow not comprehensive and with the lack of a discussion it seems that something is missing;

- Figures at the end of the paper are misleading and if they were meant to be inserted somewhere else these places are not determined;

- The mathematical construction of the paper is somehow confusing without a better description of the objectives, desired outcomes and validation of the several parts;

- A clearer and more detailed explanation of how the proposed method and the necessary use of these results would be relevant to better understand the study's purpose, outcomes, and implications. This type of document requires the indication of practical and theoretical implications with relevant insights presented and connected to the study field.

English is proper, revision to remove typos and minor mistakes is recommended.

Dear authors,

your paper titled "Distributed GNE Seeking Under Gobal-Decision and Partial-Decision Information over Douglas-Rachford Splitting Method is interesting. Preliminary Acquaintance is well described because there is a derivation of the KKT conditions of the variational problem of the original game using the dual analysis method. In Section 5 are presented the simulation results of these two algorithms.

References are relevant.

Author Response

Dear Reviewer 3,

Thank you very much for your positive and constructive review of our paper “Distributed GNE Seeking Under Gobal-Decision and Partial-Decision Information over Douglas-Rachford Splitting Method”. We appreciate your valuable comments and suggestions, which have helped us to improve the quality and clarity of our work.

We are glad that you found our paper interesting and well-described.  We have added more meaningful references. We have also supplemented more proof in the mathematical analysis section.

We hope that you will find our revised paper acceptable for publication in Applied Sciences.
