- Hepatocyte culture media: Leibovitz’s L-15 Medium, GlutaMAX™ Supplement (L-15) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), 1× penicillin-streptomycin (Pen-Strep), 2.5 µg/mL Amphotericin B, 2 mM ascorbic acid-2P and 2 mM nicotinamide.
- ASG-10 culture media: L-15 supplemented with 10% FBS and 1× Pen-Strep.
- Infection media: L-15 supplemented with 2% FBS and 1× Pen-Strep.
